Sodium hypochlorite bleach solutions are widely used as the basis for a number of
household products for their dual cleaning and disinfectant properties. Crodasinic™ LS30 NT is a bleach-stable surfactant with excellent dynamic surface wetting properties. The addition of Crodasinic LS30 NT increases the cleaning, foaming and wetting properties of the bleach solution. Combinations of Crodasinic LS30 NT and a myristyl/cetyl amine oxide, as in this formulation, provide a thickened bleach system which is ideal for vertical surfaces such as lavatories, wastepipes and drains.

This laundry powder formulation makes use of Crodasinic LS95 to provide detergency. It could also be post-added after the spray drying and could improve flowability, particle size, and caking properties of this formulation. Crodasinic LS95 is particularly stable and compatible with percarbonate bleach to remove stubborn stains.

Formula CCS01 is clear liquid carpet cleaner. Together with sodium lauryl sulphate, Crodasinic LS30 provides cleaning and foaming. Crodasinic LS30 also provides non-sticky residue on drying. This formula can be used at 1:10 dilution with water. The solution can be whisked by hand into a foam and applied with a sponge or soft brush. The carpet is left to dry and any
residue is subsequently removed by a vacuum cleaner.
-
The inclusion of Crodasinic LS30 (sodium lauroyl sarcosinate (30%)) ensures effective cleaning and foaming performance. Additionally the corrosion inhibition properties of Crodasinic LS30 make it particularly useful for products packaged in tinplate aerosol containers.
Aerosol carpet shampoos can be applied by spraying onto the carpet or rug and working the foam into the carpet with either a sponge or a soft brush. Any excess shampoo can be wiped away with a damp cloth.
-
This formulation makes use of a combination of Crodasinic LS95 and LAS to deliver cleaning and foaming. While LAS is known to be a harsh surfactant, the use of Crodasinic LS95, being a mild surfactant, can also potentially decrease the harshness of the product, which is an important attribute in manual dishwashing product. Solan E50 provides moisturization of the hand.
-
The advantages of including Crodasinic LS30 (sodium lauroyl sarcosinate (30%)) in this formulation are effective cleaning performance along with low penetration of the canvas or fabric and the ability to dry to a non - sticky residue. Due to its corrosion inhibition properties Crodasinic LS30 is particularly useful for products packed in aerosol tinplate containers.
The aerosol foam rapidly breaks down on application. Colour fastness should be checked prior to application. This example formulation could also be used in a non-aerosol application.
-
This formulation allows the cleaning of vehicle to remove traces of grease, dust, soil, and other stains. Synperonic 13/6.5 and Crodasinic LS30 provides the wetting and detergency. Crodasinic LS30 also has some anti-corrosion properties.
-
This formulation is processed using dry mixing in a ribbon mixer without the use of spray drying. Crodasinic LS95 works in synergy with LAS to give excellent detergency and foam. Crodasinic LS95 also helps to improve flowability, particle size, and caking properties of this formulation.and can potentially lower harshness of formula to be gentler on hands and reduce
fabric damage or degradation.

Combinations of Crodasinic LS30 and sodium lauryl sulphate are suggested as ideal bases for carpet shampoos. The advantages of Crodasinic are low penetration of carpet backing, non-sticky residue on drying, excellent foaming and low odour and colour. Formulation HC/LF/10 is a liquid fabric upholstery/carpet cleaner to be used at a recommended dilution of 1:20 parts of water. After dilution the solution can be whisked by hand into a foam and applied with a sponge or a soft brush. The fabric or carpet is left to dry and any residue is subsequently removed by a vacuum cleaner.
Formulation CC01 is also suitable for direct application at the in use dilution level via a trigger spray pack

Combinations of Crodasinic LS30 and sodium lauryl sulphate are suggested as ideal bases for carpet shampoos. The advantages of Crodasinic are low penetration of carpet backing, non-sticky residue on drying, excellent foaming, and low odour and colour. Formulation HC/LF/11 is a liquid carpet cleaner concentrate, which can be diluted 50:50 with water and then further diluted for use 1:20 parts of water.

This formulation combines excellent cleaning, stain removal, softening for clothes, and care for the hands. Crodasinic LS95 is a mild surfactant that works in synergy with Linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid to give excellent detergency and foam. Solan E50 moisturises and provides barrier repair to the hand. Cirrasol ST Ultra provides the conditioning of cloth during the wash.

The inclusion of Crodasinic LS30 (sodium lauroyl sarcosinate (30%) ensures effective cleaning and foaming performance. This type of stain remover can be applied by spraying onto the stained area and working the foam into the carpet with either a sponge or a soft brush. The stained area can then be wiped away with a damp cloth.

In addition to household use, liquid hand soaps can be used in wash rooms of public
buildings, where dispensers make them more hygienic and less wasteful than soap bars. Crodasinic™ LS30 NT is recommended for this type of product because of its skin mildness. Effective skin conditioners and moisturisers such as Solan™ 75 (or 75/50) can also usefully be incorporated into this type of product.
-
Crodasinic LS30 ensures effective wetting and cleaning of glass surface without smearing. It also solubilises perfume to make the solution clear. This formulation is suitable for dispensing from a trigger-spray pack.
-
This formulation uses Crodasinic LS95 as an effective wetting and cleaning agent. Calcium Carbonate acts as an abrasive to clean stubborn dirt.
-
Mold and Mildew Remover with Crodasinic LS30 NT as a DfE approved green cleaning surfactant.

Crodasinic LS95, a bleach-stable surfactant, boosts the stain removal of this percarbonate bleach formula. This can be produced using a non-tower process, i.e., without using a spray dryer. Synperonic 13/6.5 is used to agglomerate and form the powder granules to avoid dusting, and also helps to remove stains. The product is rubbed to the stain on the cloth or added directly during the wash.
