What are probiotic cleaning ingredients?

Probiotic cleaning ingredients contain bacteria that provide cleaning benefits. The bacteria are in spore form, allowing them to be stable in cleaning formulations. When applied to surfaces, the bacteria can grow and produce enzymes which break down dirt, providing long term cleaning benefits like surface soil removal and odour control.

Are probiotics good for cleaning?

Yes, probiotic cleaners can provide a deeper clean compared to traditional cleaners. Probiotic cleaners contain surfactants like traditional cleaners to give the same initial cleaning performance. However, probiotics remain on the surface after the initial clean to break down soil residues, giving a deeper clean and helping to prevent build up over time.

How do you use probiotic cleaners?

Probiotic cleaners can be used in exactly the same way as other hard surface cleaners or odour neutralisers. Even after wiping, spores will remain on surfaces to provide long term cleaning benefits.
