Laundry Stain Remover (Hypochlorite)

This pre-spotter formulation is used by applying and rubbing to the stain prior to cleaning in the washing machine. Multitrope 1214 is a surfactant stable in hypochlorite. Incromine Oxide C provides the wetting and detergency.
