EMEA Home Care and Hair Care Marketing Manager at Croda, Aude Lemoine-Dessaint is a chemical engineer with a specialisation in formulations, educated at INSA Rouen. She also holds a Master’s in International Marketing of Cosmetics and Fragrances from a program with ISIPCA, ESSEC, and the University of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
With 10 years of experience in the cosmetics industry and five years in product and marketing management, she combines a passion for science with a drive to understand and anticipate market trends. Leveraging her expertise, she leads innovation initiatives and creates content showcasing how Croda’s home care solutions address evolving consumer needs.
Chris Heald is a Lead Applications Scientist for Home Care Applications at Croda, responsible for new product development and providing technical support across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With over 30 years’ experience in the chemical industry, he brings deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of how raw materials and formulation science translate into high-performing home care solutions. Chris studied Chemistry at the University of Huddersfield, where he obtained a BSc (Hons), and is passionate about delivering effective, application-focused solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
